Earlier today, I had the privilege of interviewing economics instructor John Sophocleus. He is truly one of a kind and embodies the very essence of
our founding fathers. John's knowledge of the Constitution is impressive, and he exercises his rights as a citizen with fearlessness and conviction.
During our conversation, John reminded me of my favorite song by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, "I Won't Back Down." He stood up to the powers that be and became a victim of systematic abuse. The ruling class went after him with a vengeance, taking away his job and his home. However, John refused to back down and stood his ground.
We discussed several topics during the interview, including Keynesian and supply-side economics. John explained how the actions of Roosevelt, Reagan, and Nixon destroyed the value of our dollar, rendering it practically worthless today.
I must say, John is one of the most intelligent individuals I have ever spoken to. He has a deep understanding of topics that most people struggle to grasp, and I doubt anyone could challenge him in a debate. This interview is a must-listen for anyone who cares about our nation's fiscal policy and the consequences of standing up to "The Soviets."
